Luis Sánchez Foto

Luis Sánchez Torrente is an economist and lawyer with over 10 years of experience in applied research and technical assistance, holding a Master´s Degree in Environmental and Development economics by the University of Oslo. He worked as a Senior Sustainability Expert at Eptisa, where he participated in technical assistance missions and provided advisory services for projects funded by the EuropeAid, the World Bank and other donors.

A former World Bank employee and independent consultant, Luis has authored numerous publications in fields such as disaster risk reduction, air quality management, evaluation of humanitarian action and social protection, with a geographical experience that expands to four different continents, including assignments in Honduras, Albania, Bangladesh or Algeria.
